Prof. Mohd. Mohibur Rahman founded the English Language Academy at Manik Pir Road, Sylhet in 1973 — making it the pioneer institute for English Language education in Sylhet. A lifelong educator and Professor of English Language, he has authored 40+ books on English Language and in Bangla on Religion and Education. His life's work has been dedicated to making quality English education accessible to learners of all walks of life. He now enjoys retirement, continuing to research and author books — while his son, Md. Ziaur Rahman Titu, carries the Academy forward as Center Head.
Md. Ziaur Rahman Titu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Metropolitan University. With a career spanning since 2010, he brings over 15+ years of dedicated experience teaching in the IELTS space. Known for his highly unorthodox, engaging, and informal teaching style (don't be surprised to see him teaching in an Arsenal jersey or a captain's hat!), he expertly breaks down the barriers of language learning and puts students completely at ease. He is driven by the Kaizen philosophy — the belief that there is always room for improvement. At T2 CARE, he channels this unique approach into every student's journey.
